Q1: Do you accept credit cards?
A1: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as Paypal.

Q2: How are orders shipped?
A2: We use United Parcel Service as our shipping service. The default shipping method is UPS Ground. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and 3-Day Select. Free Shipping is offered for orders that are 25 pounds or more. Free Shipping is by UPS Ground only. APOs, PO Boxes, and outside the contiguous USA are not currently supported online. We typically roast & ship all orders within 1 business day.

Q3: How should I store my coffee purchase?
A3: We feel that coffee retains its optimal freshness for about 30 days if stored properly. It is best to store your beans in an airtight non-porous container in room temperature and away from direct sunlight. For longer-term storage, you may want to freeze the beans. You do not need to thaw beans before brewing, though we recommend you only take out exactly the amount of coffee you want to brew- refreezing coffee might result in unwanted condensation being absorbed by the beans.

Q4: How do I brew my coffee purchase?
A4: For regular drip coffee makers, use one Approved Coffee Measurement (ACM - 2 tablespoons) per 8oz cup of water. If brew is too strong, dilute the finished pot with hot water. For all other coffee makers, refer to the included documentation for full instructions.
